Me and my approach

No two moments, and no two lives are the same, so it’s important that each client receives a tailored approach in every session. My way of working is deeply intuitive, emergent and co-creative to respond dynamically to the complexities of whatever you’re working on at in any particular moment.

I’ve seen growth and change in my own life, and the lives of those I’ve worked with, through a holistic consideration, by working with all parts of ourselves - mental, physical, social, emotional, creative, intellectual and spiritual.

All parts of you are welcome.

I also work closely with the body (somatic), breath and emotions, and create opportunities for you to build a different relationship and dialogue with the heart and body. Where you can access a different kind of “thinking” and knowing.

Being coached can feel daunting, uncertain, and like a lot of responsibility for some people - not knowing how you’re supposed to show up, or where to start. Also, our lives are complex, and finding someone who can comprehend and support us through that demands a holistic and co-created approach. I walk with those I work with - we’re doing this together. When I learn, you learn.

My practice draws heavily on foundational therapeutic, coaching and facilitation practices and approaches, deep listening, non-violent communication, group dynamics and systemic constellation principles, embodied/ somatic learning and knowing, Jungian analysis and symbolism, connection with spirit and soul, and mindfulness.

We will also partly explore the past to help make sense of the future - by recognising patterns, old stories and different parts of ourselves (Internal Family Systems, etc.) we can acknowledge what’s been before, and optimistically focus on what’s possible moving forward.

My purpose is to continue to expand spiritually, and help others move through blocks, feel lighter, love more deeply and connect more intimately. In our work together, my intention is to be of service to you.

This is an in-depth coaching approach that asks you to question certain behaviours and inquire into the origin of those behaviours. Despite that, this is not therapy and does not substitute for therapy, the key difference being that in coaching you and I believe you can get key insights into your behaviours and emotions, make progress and move forward effectively toward a life of love, joy, power and health, without a complete excavation that requires years of consultation.

Coaching FAQs

  • Each session is unique, depending on where your life, your emotions and your needs are at at that particular moment. Each session also has a structure, where there is a.) a moment of accountability for what you were meant to act on/ deliver/ focus on after the previous session, b.) an exploration of what's alive for you on that particular day, c.) identification of your focus for the session, and d.) an intention and/ or objective for the session.

Sessions are more or less structured and more or less intuitive depending on your needs on the day of the session.

  • Coaching is a commitment and investment of your time and energy (and money as a form of energy) - it is a signal to yourself and to the universe that you are worth it.

I want to make this (what I believe to be) invaluable learning and growth experience available to a wide range of people. Sessions start at £70 (€83/ $92), and vary depending on how many sessions are purchased, and if coaching is private or via an organisation.

  • Clients commit to a block of sessions, as it signals a commitment to a process that demands intention, courage and heart. I offer discounted prices for blocks of 8 and 10.

This journey, again, will depend where you are at in your life and your own course. Generally, we start with identifying your "why" and your intentions for being in coaching. That can be clear goals and actionable objectives for 5-10 years, and it can also be a sense or an emotion and state of being that you can experience in your day-to-day being. These "whys" also shift and move over the course of the coaching experience as you get clarity, identify truths and find alignment.

Next we will dance between live, meaningful challenges you are experiencing in your life - relationships, work, parenthood, spiritual development, among many others - and the stories, symbols and emotions that are blocking and/ or propelling you toward your "whys."

In that process, you are also seeing clearly the stories that no longer serve you, you are experiencing your body and emotions more intimately and are finding guidance from them, and you are experiencing the freedom, lightness and love that comes from being sure about how to move forward with integrity, clarity and heart.

  • No – I have clients all over the world. Some of my clients meet me in person and some prefer remote coaching via Zoom.

  • “I valued a different technique and approach to coaching and I feel as though the sessions have been life-changing.” - client

Change is deeply personal, and contextual. There are however, I believe, key indicators of growth and realisation. Here are a few, expanded on from the benefits and testimonials described on the home page.

Clients have described my "unwavering capacity for deep listening," where you are seen and heard at the deepest levels. This level. of affirmation fosters self-love, confidence and a deep sense of belonging.

Feedback from clients has also emphasised a new way of seeing the world, and seeing themselves where they can be more honest, more authentic and more connected to who they truly are meant to be, leaving limiting stories and beliefs behind.

My somatic/ bodily approach allows those I work with to reconnect to the signals in their bodies, to better feel their way forward, make better decisions, and understand their needs better at any given moment.

Perhaps most importantly, clients have described a changed worldview and change of heart where awareness, possibility, freedom, love and purpose start to become the norm.

"The transformation in my thinking has been remarkable." - client

  • No. Change is a journey, and change takes time.

To truly be of service to your transformation we must both commit to consistency, to honesty and to the type of learning together that is not achievable with a one-off session.
