I bring the same heart, intention, skill, creativity and honesty to my workshop, training and meeting facilitation work with groups, teams and organisations - something I’ve been doing for nearly a decade in the UK and internationally, online and in person.
I facilitate with groups that want introspection in their processes, who are willing to work in the unknown - ambiguity and uncertainty - who see the value of engaging with the heart, body and intuition, along with the head, and who believe in and live dynamic co-creation.

Consulting organisations - for-profit, non-profit, public sector, or social enterprise - I offer a comprehensive array of services including specialised training sessions (coaching and mentoring, nonviolent communication, etc), engaging away-days and team meetings, and the creation of meaningful and useful missions and visions.

Personal development
In a retreat and personal development setting, I facilitate a variety of engaging workshops, immersive multi-day programmes, and ongoing facilitation of private personal development groups. These experiences include heart-centred leadership training, meaningful work with men, and other reflective and creative group expressions that serve as powerful tools for personal, spiritual, and emotional growth and learning. Each session is designed to deepen understanding and foster a supportive community for all participants, encouraging a profound journey toward self-discovery and transformation.
Community
I’ve had the privilege of working with a diverse range of community groups from San Francisco to Bangladesh to London and beyond on a range of projects, from basic public works and infrastructure to improved health, social and housing systems and services. My work has been focused on nurturing community cohesion and fostering deeper connections and trust among members, enhancing participatory and democratic decision-making processes and encouraging collaborative co-creation, as well as boosting creativity, and cultivating momentum for meaningful change within these communities.
